摘  要:针对传统人工特需入院流程的弊端,采用敏捷软件开发方法构建特需入院管理系统,主要包括特需床位管理、特需待入院管理和特需签床管理3个功能模块,实现了特需待入院和床位智能化管理。应用后,患者平均入院登记时间和入院办理时间缩短,医护人员和患者的满意度均有所提高。特需入院管理系统能够提高医护人员工作效率,提升医院服务品质,改善患者就医体验。In view of the disadvantages of traditional manual special need admission process,the special need admission management system was constructed by using agile software development method,which mainly included three functional modules:special need bed management,pending admission management for special need,and sign bed management for special need,so as to realize the pending admission management and intelligent beds management for special needs.After the application,the average admission registration time and admission processing time of patients were shortened,and the satisfaction of medical staff and patients were improved.The special need admission management system can improve the work efficiency of medical staff,improve the quality of hospital service,and improve the medical experience of patients.
