区域环境规制差异性对企业绿色创新质量的影响——基于数字化背景研究

摘　　要：绿色发展是企业高质量发展的底线,随着数字化对信息披露的促进,区域环境规制差异性对企业绿色创新发展起着更加重要的作用。本文基于我国2011~2018年274个地级市和企业的数据,在数字化背景下,实证分析区域环境规制差异性对企业绿色创新质量的影响机制,以及区域数字经济发展水平在二者之间发挥的调节效应。研究表明,首先,较大的区域环境规制差异性对本区域企业绿色创新质量产生抑制作用;其次,企业的数字化转型程度在区域环境规制差异性与企业绿色创新质量之间发挥负向中介效应;最后,数字经济在区域环境规制差异性与企业绿色创新质量之间起正向调节作用。Green development is the bottom line of high-quality development of enterprises.Based on the data of 274 prefecture-level cities and enterprises in China from 2011 to 2018,under the background of digitalization,this paper empirically analyzes the influencing mechanism of regional environmental regulation intensity differences on the quality of regional enterprises'green innovation,and the moderating effect of regional digital economy development level on the two.The results show that:First,large regional differences in environmental regulation have a inhibitory effect on the quality of green innovation in regional enterprises.Second,the degree of corporate digital transformation plays a negative mediating role between regional environmental regulation differences and the quality of green innovation of regional companies.Finally,the digital economy has played a positive role in moderating regional differences in environmental regulation and the quality of green innovation of regional enterprises.
