摘　　要：目的了解结直肠癌患者生存扩展期的支持性照护需求,为制订结直肠癌患者支持性照护策略提供依据。方法基于支持性照护需求框架,通过描述性质性研究,采用目的抽样法选取2023年4—6月河南省肿瘤医院和郑州大学第五附属医院收治的13例结直肠癌患者进行半结构式访谈,运用内容分析法进行访谈资料分析。结果13例受访谈者年龄为32~72岁,男8例,女5例。共提取出5个主题:专业健康信息支持需求、情感支持需求、不良心理调适需求、重塑自我需求、经济支持需求。结论结直肠癌患者生存扩展期存在多维度支持性照护需求,未来应以自身需求为依据,从医院、家庭、病友等多层面出发,制订针对性需求管理策略。Objective To understand the supportive care needs of colorectal cancer patients during extended survivorship,so as to provide a basis for formulating supportive care strategies for colorectal cancer patients.Methods Based on the supportive care needs framework,a descriptive study was conducted using purposive sampling method to select 13 colorectal cancer patients from Henan Cancer Hospital and the Fifth Affiliated Hospital with Zhengzhou University from April to June 2023 for semi-structured interviews.Content analysis was used to analyze the interview data.Results Totally 13 respondents aged 32-72,8 males and 5 females.Five themes were extracted:professional health information support needs,emotional support needs,negative psychological adjustment needs,self acceptance needs,and economic support needs.Conclusions Colorectal cancer patients have multidimensional supportive care needs during their extended survival period.In the future,targeted needs management strategies should be developed based on their own needs,starting from multiple levels such as hospitals,families,and patients.
