摘　　要：妊娠合并皮质醇增多症是一种容易漏诊的内分泌疾病,罕见但危险度很高。产科医生应提高对妊娠合并皮质醇增多症的警惕度,明确区分下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的生理性激活和病理性激活,早期诊断并采取合理的方案对症治疗以提高母胎生存率并改善母胎结局。Hypercortisolism in pregnancy is a rare but dangerous endocrine disorder that can be easily missed.Obstetricians should raise awareness of Cushing′s syndrome in pregnancy,differentiate between physiological activation and pathological activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,and make an early diagnosis to implement appropriate targeted treatments.This approach aims to improve both maternal and fetal outcomes.
