摘 要:以实际工程为例,探讨钢管立柱贝雷梁与满堂支架组合法在大跨度桥梁施工中的应用:设计支架搭建方案,验算支架体系的稳定性;分析施工中的关键节点,并对施工效果进行实时监测。经验证,组合支架展现出稳定的支撑性能,稳定性指标满足预定要求;支架体系各测点的沉降量为2.042~4.873 mm,最大沉降量未超过5 mm;各构件及节点的偏差控制在(±1~±5)mm内,符合工程验收标准。综合应用结果表明,钢管立柱贝雷梁组合支架法在大跨度桥梁施工中应用效果达到预期,可为类似工程施工提供参考。Taking Shengli River Bridge as a case in point,the application of steel pipe column Bailey beam and full-hall support in the construction of long-span bridges is discussed.A support building scheme is developed,and the stability of support system is calculated.The key nodes in the construction are analyzed while the construction is put under real-time monitoring.The practical results show that the combined support system has a good stability which falls within the expectation,and the settlement of each point measured in the support system is 2.042~4.873 mm with the maximum settlement no more than 5 mm.The deviation of each component and node is controlled within±1~±5 mm.The application proves to be effective and valuable in practice.
