麝香保心丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗老年冠心病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析麝香保心丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗老年冠心病的临床效果。方法:选取2020年7—10月北京市通州区北苑街道社区卫生服务中心收治的老年冠心病患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组单纯给予单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,观察组给予单硝酸异山梨酯片联合麝香保心丸治疗。比较两组血管内皮功能、临床症状发生情况、临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组ET-1水平降低,NO水平升高,观察组ET-1水平低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心绞痛发作次数降低,心绞痛持续时间减少,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。结论:麝香保心丸结合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗老年冠心病的临床效果及安全性较好,可改善血管内皮功能,减轻临床症状。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the elderly.Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Beijing Tongzhou District Beiyuan Street Community Health Service Center from July to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was simply treated with isosorbide mononitrate tablets,and the observation group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate tablets combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills.The vascular endothelial function,occurrence of clinical symptoms,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the ET-1 levels of the two groups decreased and the NO levels increased,the ET-1 level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the NO level was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the number of angina pectoris attacks and duration of angina pectoris between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the number of angina pectoris attacks and the duration of angina pectoris were reduced in both groups,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).Conclusion:Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate tablets have good clinical effect and safety in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the elderly.It can improve vascular endothelial function and alleviate clinical
