摘　　要：目的:分析三金片联合尿通卡克乃其片对下尿路症状(LUTS)患者的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年7月新疆维吾尔自治区阿克苏地区第二人民医院收治的LUTS患者102例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(51例,行三金片治疗)和观察组(51例,在对照组基础上联合尿通卡克乃其片治疗)。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6和红细胞沉降率均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组尿痛、尿频和尿急积分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肉眼血尿、尿痛、尿频和尿急消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:给予LUTS患者三金片联合尿通卡克乃其片治疗能有效、快速改善各项临床症状,减轻炎性反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of Sanjin tablet combined with uratonic carknazine tablet on patients with lower uri⁃nary tract symptoms(LUTS).Methods:A total of one hundred and two LUTS patients admitted to Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Re⁃gion Aksu Prefecture Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divid⁃ed into control group(51 cases,treated with Sanjin tablet)and observation group(51 cases,treated with uratonic carknazine tablet based on the control group)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and erythrocyte sedimentation rates in two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of urinary pain,frequency and urgency in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the disappearance time of gross hematuria,urinalgia,fre⁃quency of urination and urgency in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.001);the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:In LUTS patients,Sanjin tablet combined with uratonic carknazine tablet can effec⁃tively and rapidly improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory response.
