摘  要:文中针对某型加固计算机在振动试验中出现硬盘无法读取的问题,通过有限元软件对其进行模态、谐响应分析后,结合实测数据,将故障原因定位为主板刚度不足引发共振进而导致硬盘无法读取。结构整改后,主板不再发生共振,样机试验过程中故障不再出现,测试点的加速度明显减小。进一步探讨加固计算机电路板抗振设计方法。通过厚度、紧固螺钉间距近似计算电路板固有频率,得到了几组可广泛适用于加固计算机电路板厚度、紧固螺钉间距的设计值。For the problem that the hard disk can’t read in the vibration test of a ruggedized computer,through the modal and harmonic response analysis by thefinite element software,combined with the measured data,the cause of failure is as follows:insufficient rigidity of the motherboard triggers resonance and then disables the hard disk to read.After the structural improvement,the motherboard no longer resonates,the failure no longer occurs during the prototype test and the acceleration of the test point is significantly reduced.Anti-vibration design method of the printed circuit board(PCB)of the ruggedized computer is further explored.By approximate calculation of the natural frequency of PCB according to thickness and fastening screw spacing,several sets of design values of the thickness and fastening screw spacing are obtained that can be widely applied to the printed circuit board of ruggedized computer.
