摘  要:简述了氢能在国家能源战略中的重要性,国际和国内输氢管线的发展情况和趋势。介绍了试制输氢用钢板情况,以及使用该板材进行钢管成型、焊接等的试制过程,制成样品通过成品管氢环境相容性试验和材料氢脆敏感度等试验,确定了输氢钢板设计要点及其直缝埋弧焊管焊接工艺。提出管线钢管阻氢内涂层的设计方案。指出未来实现纯氢或者掺氢管道的稳定可靠输送的关键是寻求低成本、高强度的抗氢脆材料,提升高性能氢能管道的设计制造技术、氢能管道的运行和控制技术以及应急和维护技术。Briefed here in the essay are the importance of the hydrogen energy in the State Energy Strategy,and development situations and trends of the hydrogen transmission piping both at home and abroad.Also described are the status of the trial manufactured steel plate for hydrogen transmission purpose,and the trail manufacturing process with the said steel plate,including steel pipe formation and welding etc.The sample pipe as made is subjected to the tests for compatibility of the finished pipe with the hydrogen environment,and the sensibility of the material to hydrogen embrittlement so as to determine the design tips for the hydrogen transmission-purposed steel plate and the welding process for LSAW pipe.The design scheme of the hydrogen resistant inner coating is proposed.Finally it is pointed out that the key actions as taken in the future to realize the consistent and reliable transmission of pure hydrogen or hydrogen-mixed gas via piping will include seeking low cost and high strength hydrogen embattlement-resistant material,and improving the design and manufacture technologies for high performance hydrogen energy-transmission piping,and the technologies for operation,control,emergency-responding and maintenance of the hydrogen energy-transmission piping.
