摘 要:【目的】汽车驾驶过程中存在驾驶视野无法达到的外侧及内部视线盲区,汽车视野设计直接影响着驾驶员的安全,因此开发一种新能源汽车驾驶视野校核分析方法十分必要。【方法】基于CATIA平台,分别从直接视野与后方视野校核两方面对某型新能源电动汽车的驾驶视野进行校核分析,通过理论与仿真研究验证该车视野是否符合设计要求。【结果】该车型前、后视野区域均在要求的视野范围之内,且前风窗玻璃刮刷面积也符合法规要求,因此该车型视野符合设计要求。【结论】该方法针对新能源汽车驾驶视野的校核分析结果准确、高效,可为类似项目提供借鉴和参考。[Objective]During the driving process of a car,there are blind spots on the outside and inside that cannot be reached by the driver’s field of view.The design of the car’s field of view directly affects the driver’s safety.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new energy vehicle driving field of view verification analysis method.[Method]Based on the CATIA platform,the driving field of view of a certain type of new energy electric vehicle was verified and analyzed from two aspects:direct field of view and rear field of view verification.Theoretical and simulation studies were conducted to verify whether the vehicle’s field of view meets the design requirements.[Result]The front and rear field of view of the vehicle model are both within the required field of view,and the front windshield brushing area also meets regulatory requirements.Therefore,the vehicle model’s field of view meets the design requirements.[Conclusion]This method is accurate and efficient for verifying the driving field of view of new energy vehicles,and can provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
