摘  要:目的利用响应面法优化舒心安神膏的提取工艺。方法以超高效液相色谱法同时测定的莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药苷、斯皮诺素、6-姜辣素含量,出膏率及总多糖含量为综合评分指标,分别考察加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数对舒心安神膏提取工艺的影响。在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法优化舒心安神膏的提取工艺。结果经过单因素试验及响应面法优化后的最佳工艺条件为:加10倍水,煎煮2次,每次提取90 min。此条件下综合评分预测值与实测值相比,RSD值为0.82%。结论通过响应面法优化得到的舒心安神膏提取工艺合理、可行,可为其后续的开发研究提供实验参考。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Shuxin Anshen ointment by response surface method.Methods With the contents of monoxide,maggianin,paeoniflorin,spinoside,6-gingerol simultaneously determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography,the extraction rate,and the total polysaccharide content as the comprehensive score indexes,the effects of water adding ratio,extraction time,and extraction times on the extraction process of Shuxin Anshen ointment were investigated by a single-factor test.Based on the single factor results,the extraction process of Shuxin Anshen ointment was optimized by response surface method.Results After single factor test and response surface method optimization,the optimal process conditions were as follows:adding 10 times water,extracting twice,and extracting 90 min each time.Under this condition,the RSD of the predicted comprehensive score and the measured score was 0.82%.Conclusion The extraction process of Shuxin Anshen ointment optimized by the response surface method is reasonable and feasible,which can provide an experimental reference for its subsequent development and research.
