摘 要:通过臭氧改性炭黑的亲水性,研究臭氧改性炭黑/天然橡胶湿法混炼复合材料的性能。结果表明:与炭黑相比,臭氧改性炭黑的表面含氧官能团增加,亲水性增强,更适用于天然橡胶复合材料的湿法混炼工艺;当臭氧改性炭黑浆液的质量分数为0.08时,复合材料的耐磨性能大幅提升,滚动阻力降低,综合性能较优。By modifying the hydrophilicity of carbon black with ozone,the properties of ozone modified carbon black/natural rubber(NR)wet mixed composites were studied.The results showed that compared with carbon black,the ozone modified carbon black had increased surface oxygen-containing functional groups and enhanced hydrophilicity,making it more suitable for the wet mixing process of NR composites.When the mass fraction of ozone modified carbon black slurry was 0.08,the wear resistance of the composite was significantly improved,the rolling resistance was reduced,and the overall performance was better.
