摘 要:本文设计了一种基于可调反射式移相器的一维相扫缝隙天线阵,天线单元采用单脊波导开缝的结构,使用脊波导大大减小了天线单元宽边尺寸,使得天线单元排列的间距减小,增大扫描角度。通过调整各个缝隙偏移中心的距离使得天线在水平面方向上的副瓣降低。天线的馈电部分包括可调反射式移相器和同轴功分网络,同轴功分网络将天线单元组成阵列来提高增益,通过可调反射式移相器控制天线单元之间的端口相位差实现天线阵列在E面的波束扫描。仿真结果表明,所设计的一维相扫缝隙天线阵,在26.8 GHz-27.2 GHz频段内回波损耗优于-15 dB,增益大于26.6 dBi,H面的副瓣水平优于-20 dB,E面波束扫描能达到±45°,方向图稳定。A one dimensional phase sweep slot array based on an adjustable reflection phase shifter is designed in this paper.The antenna element adopts the slit structure of single ridged waveguide.The use of ridge waveguides greatly reduces the width of antenna elements,so the spacing of antenna elements is reduced and the scanning angle is increased.The sidelobe of the antenna in the horizontal direction is reduced by adjusting the distance of the offset center of each slit.The feed part of the antenna consists of an adjustable reflection phase shifter and a coaxial power division network.The coaxial power division network combines the antenna elements into an array to improve the gain.The port phase difference between the antenna elements is controlled by an adjustable reflection phase shifter to realize beam scanning of the antenna array on the E plane.The simulation results show that the one-dimensional phase-sweep slot array has a return loss better than-15 dB,gain greater than 26.6 dBi,H-plane sidelobe level better than-20 dB,E-plane beam scanning can reach±45°,and the direction pattern is stable in 26.8 GHz-27.2 GHz band.
