摘 要:提出一种高性能双频带能量选择表面(ESS),该表面可以保护电子设备免受高功率微波(HPM)的影响。所提出的结构由负载有二极管的金属周期性结构组成。推导了所设计的ESS的等效电路,并解释了其工作原理。通过仿真说明了两个频带在不同入射条件下的电磁响应,使用场路联合仿真来获得其非线性性能。CST仿真结果表明,该结构在工作频带(0.93 GHz-1.52 GHz,2.8 GHz-3.2 GHz)的低功率信号的插入损耗小于1 dB,而对高功率信号的屏蔽大于38 dB。In this paper,we propose a high-performance dual-band energy selective surface(ESS)designed to protect electronic devices from high-power microwaves(HPM).The proposed structure comprises a metal periodic structure loaded with diodes.We derive the equivalent circuit of the designed ESS and provide an explanation of its working principle.We also present electromagnetic responses of the ESS in two frequency bands under different incident conditions through simulations,including field path co-simulation to capture its nonlinear performance.CST simulation results demonstrate that the insertion loss of low-power signals is below 1 dB in the working frequency band(0.93 GHz-1.52 GHz,2.8 GHz-3.2 GHz),while the shielding effectiveness against high-power signals exceeds 38 dB.
