摘  要:钢桁架结构在施工过程中常伴有内力重分布,研究其在施工全过程中的结构内力变化规律与抗倒塌能力,对保障钢桁架结构的施工安全意义重大。本文以雄安科创园体育馆钢桁架施工为研究对象,采用现场实测与数值模拟相结合的方法进行施工全过程力学性能与抗倒塌性能分析。研究表明,实测数据与数值模拟结果吻合度较高,验证了数值模拟方法的有效性;经方案优化及论证,通过设置钢绞线辅助施工方法使得施工更为简单、快速、安全;单外侧钢柱失效并不能引起结构倒塌,双外侧钢柱失效具有倒塌风险,结构具有一定的安全储备。Steel truss structures are often accompanied by redistribution of internal forces in the construction process.It is of great significance to study the change of internal forces and collapse resistance in the whole construction process of steel truss structures.In this paper,the steel truss construction of Xiongan Science and Innovation Park Gymnasium is taken as the research object,and the mechanical properties and collapse resistance analysis of the whole construction process are studied by combining in-site measurement and numerical analysis.The results show that the measured data are consistent with the numerical simulation results,which verifies the validity of the numerical simulation method.Through the optimization and demonstration of the scheme,the construction is simpler,faster and safer by setting the auxiliary construction method of steel strand.The failure of single lateral steel column can not cause collapse of structure,while the failure of double lateral steel column has collapse risk,the structure has a certain safety reserve.
