摘  要:为满足某型航空发动机功率分出试验要求,设计了一套高压直流电负载系统,介绍了系统的组成架构、软硬件设计思路、实现方法以及功能特点。该系统通过对负载电阻档位进行科学设计,并充分发挥PLC和组态软件配置灵活、自动化控制能力强的优势,利用软硬件的配合设计,实时控制和监视电负载系统状态,实现与加载载荷谱连锁进行自动加载及实时功率自动补偿,提高了电负载系统的自动化控制水平及控制精度。通过在发动机试验中进行充分验证,结果表明,该系统具有较高的自动控制能力以及较高的稳定性和准确性。A high-voltage DC electrical load system was designed to meet the power separation test requirements of a certain type of aircraft engine.The system architecture,software and hardware design ideas,implementation methods,and functional characteristics were introduced.This system utilizes the scientific design of load resistance levels and fully leverages the advantages of flexible PLC and configuration software configuration,as well as strong automation control capabilities.Through the coordinated design of software and hardware,it can control and monitor the status of the electrical load system in real time,achieve automatic loading and real-time power automatic compensation in linkage with the load spectrum,and improve the automation control level and control accuracy of the electrical load system.Through thorough verification in engine tests,the results show that the system has high automatic control capability,as well as high stability and accuracy.
