摘  要:作为一种重要的可再生能源技术,光伏电力传输对于解决能源需求和降低环境污染具有重要意义。该技术的关键在于利用限流NMOS晶体管和额外的偏置电压来控制电路中的工作电流。优化设计光伏电力传输中的CMOS集成电路,通过调节偏置电压,灵活调节光伏电力传输系统的开关电压和电流,以满足电力传输的需求,降低功耗,提高能量转换效率,降低设备故障和损坏的风险,从而确保系统的稳定运行。Photovoltaic power transmission,as an important renewable e nergy technology,is of great significance in addressing energy demand and reducing environmental pollution.The key to this technology is to use current limiting NMOS transistors and additional bias voltage to control the working current in the circuit.This paper optimizes the design of CMOS integrated circuits in photovoltaic power transmission.By adjusting the bias voltage,the switching voltage and current of the photovoltaic power transmission system can be flexibly adjusted to meet the needs of power transmission,thereby reducing power consumption,enhancing energy conversion efficiency,reducing the risk of equipment failure and damage,and ensuring the stable operation of the system.
