摘 要:基于飞轮储能辅助火电机组参与电网一次调频,研究了协调控制策略。首先,搭建飞轮储能参与电网调频的系统动态模型;其次,针对电网频率特性及机组调频特点提出火电机组-FESS协调控制策略;最后,根据某发电厂实际运行数据仿真分析协调控制策略,实现对飞轮储能容量的优化配置与调频任务的合理分配。Based on flywheel energy storage assisted thermal power units participating in primary frequency modulation of the power grid,a coordinated control strategy was studied.Firstly,build a dynamic model of the flywheel energy storage system participating in power grid frequency regulation.Secondly,a coordinated control strategy for thermal power unit FESS is proposed based on the frequency characteristics of the power grid and the frequency regulation characteristics of the units.Finally,based on the actual operating data of a power plant,simulation analysis is conducted to coordinate control strategies and achieve optimal configuration of flywheel energy storage capacity and reasonable allocation of frequency regulation tasks.
