摘  要:针对手工预磨金相试样耗时长、力度和磨制时间难以控制、机械预磨并非完全自动化、仍需手工抓取式样、需要人工更换砂纸等问题,设计了一种可以直接夹取金相试样并自动磨制的工作台。该工作台主要包括实验台、自动磨制模块、自动换砂纸模块和金相试样划痕状况观察模块,可实现金相试样从抓取到磨制完成的全过程自动化,并可观察每种型号砂纸磨制过后试样表面的具体状况,反馈给操作者。该工作台既可以实现整个金相试样磨制的自动化,也可以解决人手工磨制金相试样效率低下、金相试样制备质量不稳定的问题。In view of the problems such as manual pregrinding metallographic sample takes a long time,it is difficult to control the strength and grinding time,mechanical pregrinding is not fully automated,it still needs to grab the pattern by hand,and the need to manually change the sandpaper,a workbench that can directly clip the metallographic sample and automatically grind it is designed.The workbench mainly includes a test bench,automatic grinding module,automatic sandpaper module and metallographic sample scratch observation module,which can realize the automation of the whole process of metallographic sample from grasping to grinding completion,and can observe the specific condition of the sample surface after each type of sandpaper grinding,and feedback to the operator.The table can not only realize the automatic grinding of the whole metallographic sample,but also solve the problems of low efficiency of manual grinding of metallographic sample and unstable preparation quality.
