摘 要:为提升振动给料机物料输送效果,降低外界因素的影响,重点分析了振动频率、振幅及振动方向角等动力学参数和进料量等对物料输送过程的影响。在一定范围内,当振幅、频率、振动方向角均增大时,物料输送速度也增大,但相比振动方向角的影响较小;另外,进料量仅会影响物料填充率,基本不会影响输送速度。In order to improve the material conveying efficiency of the vibrating feeder and reduce the influence of external factors,the impact of dynamic parameters such as vibration frequency,amplitude,and vibration direction angle,as well as the feeding amount,on the material conveying process were analyzed in detail.Within a certain range,when the amplitude,frequency,and vibration direction angle all increase,the material conveying speed also increases,but the influence is relatively small compared to the vibration direction angle.In addition,the feeding amount only affects the material filling rate and basically does not affect the conveying speed.
