摘 要:为有效控制储煤场的扬尘污染,保证大气环境,提出了封闭式储煤场防尘方式。当储煤场作业时,棚内扬尘浓度大于棚外,且棚内配套使用抑尘网、水雾喷淋等能有效防止扬尘外溢。在此基础上,还采取了建立控制洒水系统、改善装卸抑尘工艺等措施进一步预防扬尘。最后,通过改变封闭结构、减小封闭面积及降低挡墙高度等措施改造储煤场,约降低成本1100万元、减小封闭面积3245 m2,实现了封闭降尘和节能效果。To effectively control dust pollution in coal storage yards and ensure the atmospheric environment,a closed coal storage yard dust prevention method is proposed.When operating in the coal storage yard,the concentration of dust inside the shed is higher than that outside the shed,and the use of dust suppression nets,water mist sprays,etc.inside the shed can effectively prevent the overflow of dust.On this basis,measures such as establishing a control sprinkler system and improving the loading and unloading dust suppression process are also taken to further prevent dust.Finally,by changing the enclosed structure,reducing the enclosed area,and lowering the height of the retaining wall,measures were taken to renovate the coal storage yard,reducing costs by approximately 11 million yuan and reducing the enclosed area by 3245 m2,achieving the effects of enclosed dust reduction and energy conservation.
