摘　　要：本论文以江西景德镇陶溪川文创街区集市为实例,剖析了景德镇陶瓷产业的历史与现状,包括起源、发展和当前形势。同时,探讨了文创街区集市的运营模式与特色,以及经营管理与策略。通过多个案例分析,重点阐述了品牌建设、产品多元化实践和文化创意产业跨界融合等方面的案例特点,并总结了景德镇陶溪川文创街区集市实践所带来的启示与思考。This paper examines Jingdezhen ceramic industry,focusing on Jingdezhen Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Street Market in Jiangxi.It discusses the industry's history,development,and operational model.The study explores market characteristics,including brand building,product diversification,and cultural integration.Through case studies on brand construction,product diversification,and cultural integration,the paper highlights the market's distinctiveness.The findings offer insights and recommendations for developing cultural and creative industries in other regions,drawing from experiences in Jingdezhen Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Street.
