摘　　要：高校科技成果转化愈来愈受到国家及地方政府的重视,但从转化现状看,效果并不理想,还存在着专业人才缺乏、资金不足、转化率不高等问题。文中以漳州职业技术学院为例,通过对科技特派员下乡支农、百名教授下企业、产业技术学院协同创新、产学研合作等较好实现了科技成果转化的实践路径进行分析,探索了高校科技成果转化经验与思路,以期为高校更好地推进科技成果转化提供借鉴。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities has been paid more and more attention by the national and local governments.However,from the perspective of the current situation of transformation,the effect is not ideal,and there are still some problems,such as the lack of professionals,the lack of funds,and the low conversion rate.Through the analysis of the practice path to better realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,such as the scientific and technological Commissioner going to the countryside to support agriculture,the enterprises under 100 professors,the college of industrial technology collaborative innovation,industry university research cooperation and so on,this paper explores the experience and idea of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,in order to provide reference for colleges and universities to better promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
