人口老龄化背景下北京市养老产业发展研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国已呈现明显的人口老龄化特征,北京是我国较早进入人口老龄化的城市之一,人口老龄化问题较为严重,与之相适应的对养老产业的需求也日益旺盛。发展养老产业不仅是北京市缓解老龄化压力、应对人口老龄化的重要途径,而且是扩大内需、促进经济社会平稳运行的重要保障。从北京市养老机构供给情况、养老社区供给情况以及养老用品供给情况等三个方面对北京市养老产业发展情况进行分析,深入剖析北京市人口老龄化和养老产业发展中存在的问题,并提出进一步推动北京市养老产业发展的对策和建议。In recent years,China has shown obvious characteristics of population aging.Beijing is one of the cities that entered the aging population early in China.The problem of population aging is more serious,and the demand for the elderly care industry is also increasingly strong.Developing the elderly care industry is not only an important way for Beijing to alleviate the pressure of aging and cope with population aging,but also an important guarantee for expanding domestic demand and promoting stable economic and social operation.After systematically analyzing the current situation of population aging in Beijing,this article analyzes the development of the elderly care industry in Beijing from three aspects:the supply of elderly care institutions,elderly care communities,and elderly care supplies.It deeply analyzes the problems in population aging and the development of the elderly care industry in Beijing,and proposes further strategies and suggestions to promote the development of the elderly care industry in Beijing.
