从厥阴经论治失眠  

Treating Insomnia from Perspective of Jueyin Meridian

摘　　要：厥阴为六经之一,乃阴尽阳生之经,主阴阳之气顺接,其对阴阳的调畅有举足轻重的作用。失眠以阴阳失交为主要病机,与厥阴经密切相关。厥阴经对失眠的影响主要体现在厥阴之脏、厥阴之经、厥阴之气和内藏伏邪四个方面,故脏病、经病、气病或伏邪为病,失眠的症状不尽相同。从厥阴经治疗失眠的原则重在调和阴阳,补不足,泻有余,通其道,祛其邪,使阴阳平和。临证时,可予四逆散疏肝健脾、散火化痰;柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤疏肝泄热、重镇安神;乌梅丸调理枢机、调和阴阳;当归四逆汤温经散寒、以透伏邪;血府逐瘀汤合珍珠母丸活血化瘀、理气安神。Jueyin meridian is one of the Six Meridians,which is the meridian at the generation of Yin and Yang.It governs the smooth connection of Yin and Yang Qi and plays a crucial role in regulating Yin and Yang balance.Insomnia is mainly caused by the loss of communication between Yin and Yang,which is closely related to the Jueyin meridian.The impact of the Jueyin meridian on insomnia is mainly reflected in four aspects:the organ of Jueyin,the meridian of Jueyin,the Qi of Jueyin and the hidden evil factors in Zang organs.Therefore,diseases located in organs,meridians,Qi or hidden evil factors are different diseases,and the symptoms of insomnia are varied.The principle of treating insomnia from the Jueyin meridian is to harmonize Yin and Yang,supplement deficiencies,relieve excess,unblock the channels,dispel the evil factors,and make Yin and Yang harmonious.In clinical practice,Sini Powder can be used to soothe the Liver,strengthen the Spleen,and disperse Fire and Phlegm;Chaihu plus Longgu Oyster Decoction can be used to soothe the liver and relieve Heat,and calm the nerves;Wumei Pill can be applied to regulate the pivot and harmonize Yin and Yang;Danggui Sini Decoction can be used to warm the meridians,dispel cold to penetrate the subduing evil factors;The combination of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Zheenzhu Mu Pill can be applied to promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis,and regulate Qi and calm the mind.
