摘　　要：玄府、络脉是中医学认识人体微观结构的概念,具有形态微细、数量众多、遍布全身、功能至全的特点,两者共同构成了人体生命物质“气液”的运行通道。从“玄府-气液-络脉”理论来探析冠心病的病机可知,玄府开阖失司、气液宣通不畅、络脉虚滞不通三者构成了冠心病的病机关键。应用风药、理气药、利水药、补药、活血化瘀药、虫类药来治疗冠心病,可发挥“辛散解郁以开玄府、理气利水以宣气液、补虚活血以通络脉”的作用。Xuanfu and Luomai are the concepts of traditional Chinese medicine to understand the microstructure of the human body,which have the characteristics of fine form,large number,all over the body,and complete function.Both of them constitute the operation channel of the human life substance of"Qiye".By analysis of the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease from the theory of"Xuanfu-Qiye-Luomai",it can be seen that the abnormal opening and closing of Xuanfu,the poor circulation of Qi and Fluid as well as the stagnation of the Luomai(colleteral)aare the key factors to the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease.The application of Wind dispelling medicine,Qi regulating medicine,Water disinhibiting medicine,tonic medicine,blood circulation and stasis medicine,insect medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease can play the role of opening Xuanfu with pungent and Qi dispersing drugs in dealing with Qi depression,regulating Qi and Water to regulate Qi and Fluid as well as replenishing deficiency and activating blood circulation to dredge the collateral.
