摘　　要：当归芍药散首载于张仲景《金匮要略》,为活血利水、调和肝脾的经典名方,具有抗炎、免疫调控、改善机体代谢、增强免疫功能等药理作用,现已广泛应用于痛经、慢性盆腔炎等妇科疾病以及肾脏疾病、肝脏疾病、皮肤病、阿尔茨海默病等疾病范畴,具有较为确切的临床疗效。但目前当归芍药散有效成分及其药理作用机制的相关研究较为匮乏,今后可加强对该方更为全面、详细的组分研究,进一步明确该方发挥疗效的作用机制,为当归芍药散的临床应用及开发临床新用提供重要的参考依据。Danggui Shaoyao Powder,a representative prescription proposed firstly in Jin Gui Yao Lue(Medical Treasures of Golden Chamber),has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,improvement of body metabolism and enhancement of immune function,which has been widely used with a relatively definite clinical efficacy in gynecological diseases such as dysmenorrhea and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,as well as diseases such as kidney disease,liver disease,skin disease,Alzheimer′s disease,etc.However,there is a lack of research on the effective ingredients and pharmacological mechanisms of Danggui Shaoyao Powder currently.In the future,more comprehensive and detailed component research on this formula can be strengthened to further clarify the mechanism of its therapeutic effect,providing important reference for the clinical application and development of new clinical uses of Danggui Shaoyao Powder.
