摘 要:乡村民宿的价值共创是促进乡村振兴的重要路径,也有助于乡村民宿行业的可持续发展。文章基于中国式现代化背景,利用黄山市西递、宏村的问卷调查数据,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,从整体角度探讨了多种因素对乡村民宿消费者价值共创的影响,得出了影响乡村民宿高价值共创与低价值共创的路径组合。结果表明:(1)单因素分析中,感知服务公平可视为形成乡村民宿价值共创的必要条件。(2)在乡村民宿高价值共创的组合路径中,有3个充分性条件组合形成良好的解释力,同时也存在2条低价值共创的组合路径。(3)信任和感知服务公平在乡村民宿高价值共创的形成中起着关键作用。文章不仅拓展了价值共创的研究,而且为乡村民宿高质量与可持续发展提供了理论参考和决策依据。Value co-creation in rural homestay is an important path to promote rural revitalization and the sustainable development of the rural homestay industry.Based on the background of Chinese modernization and according to the questionnaire survey data of Xidi and Hongcun in Huangshan City,this paper investigates multiple factors influencing consumer value co-creation in rural homestay from a holistic perspective,discovers combination paths that affect high or low value co-creation in the context of rural homestay by the means of the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA).The findings are as followings:1) According to the single-factor analysis,perceived service equity can be regarded as a necessary condition for facilitating value co-creation of rural homestay.2) Among the combined paths of high-value co-creation of rural homestay,there are three combinations of sufficient conditions to form a good explanatory power,but there are also two combination paths of low-value co-creation.3) Trust and perceived service equity are crucial in the formation of high-value co-creation in rural homestay.This research theoretically and practically contributes to the high-quality and sustainable development of rural homestay.
