中青年2型糖尿病患者电子健康素养现状及影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨中青年2型糖尿病患者电子健康素养现状,并分析其影响因素。方法于2021年10月至2023年2月,便利选取郑州大学第二附属医院231例中青年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、糖尿病患者电子健康素养自评量表、糖尿病自我效能量表进行问卷调查。结果中青年2型糖尿病患者电子健康素养总分为(90.82±18.74)分,糖尿病自我效能总分为(89.13±19.76)分,两者呈正相关(r=0.473,P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,自我效能、有无并发症、合并其他慢性病、月收入是中青年2型糖尿病患者电子健康素养的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论中青年2型糖尿病患者电子健康素养处于中等水平,且受多种因素影响,临床护理中可制订针对性、有效的干预措施,以提高患者电子健康水平。Objective To investigate the status of e-health literacy in young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From October 2021 to February 2023,231 young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the study objects.General data questionnaire,electronic health literacy self-rating scale for diabetes patients and diabetes self-efficacy scale were used for questionnaire investigation.Results The total score of e-health literacy was(90.82±18.74)points and the total score of diabetes self-efficacy was(89.13±19.76)points,which were positively correlated(r=0.473,P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-efficacy,the presence of complications,the combination of other chronic diseases,and monthly income were the influential factors of e-health literacy in young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion The e-health literacy of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes is at the medium level and affected by many factors.Targeted and effective intervention measures can be formulated in clinical nursing to improve the e-health level of patients.
