基于静脉滴-泵注双途径的PIVAS流程质控体系的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析某院静脉滴-泵注双途径的PIVAS流程质控体系在保障成品输液质量过程中的作用。方法通过阐述静脉滴-泵注双途径的PIVAS流程质控体系构建的必要性,并介绍该体系运行后,使不同给药途径下的医嘱审核与批次编排、标签打印与摆药贴签、药品仓内调配、成品复核与成品打包无菌配送等流程得到优化。结果该质控体系的运行使各环节拟差错明显降低,不合理医嘱比例持续降低,成品输液漏液率明显下降,临床科室满意度明显提高,从而有效保障成品输液高质量。结论静脉滴-泵注双途径的PIVAS流程质控体系既提高了成品输液质量,也体现了高质量的药学服务价值。Objective To analyze the role of the PIVAS process quality control system of intravenous drip and pump injection in the process of ensuring the quality of finished product infusion.Methods The necessity of the construction of the PIVAS process quality control system with the dual route of intravenous drip and pump injection was expounded,and introduce that after the operation of the system,the processes of doctor's order review and batch arrangement,label printing and drug labeling,drug dispensing in the warehouse,finished product review and aseptic distribution of finished products under different routes of administration were optimized.Results The operation of the quality control system significantly reduced the pseudo-errors in each link,the proportion of unreasonable medical orders continued to decrease,the leakage rate of finished infusion was significantly reduced,and the satisfaction of clinical departments was significantly improved,so as to effectively ensure the high quality of finished product infusion.Conclusion The PIVAS process quality control system with intravenous drip and pump injection dual pathway not only improves the quality of finished product infusion,but also reflects the value of high-quality pharmaceutical services.
