摘　　要：目的在现有斗谱的基础上,对临床常用中药饮片斗谱进行编排和微调,减轻调剂人员劳动强度,提高工作质量和效率。方法在传统中药饮片斗谱编排规律指导下,从中药饮片用量和使用频率出发,兼顾我院专科特色用药习惯,在不影响现有调剂工作的前提下,对具有专科特色常用中药饮片斗谱进行合理的微调设计和编排。结果调整了目录内60个常用中药饮片品种的斗谱,总结了一套适合某院专科用药特色的斗谱编排规律。结论通过斗谱编排的改进,确保了中药饮片调剂质量和效率,提高了患者就医满意度,促进某院药事管理工作的科学发展。Objective Arrange and fine tune the drawer position of commonly used Chinese medicine decoction pieces in clinical practice on the basis of existing drawer position,reduce the labor intensity of dispensing personnel,and improve the work quality and efficiency.Methods Under the guidance of the arrangement rules of the drawer position of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,based on the dosage and frequency of Chinese medicine decoction pieces,taking into account the specialized medication habits in our hospital,without affecting the existing adjustment work,reasonable fine tune design and arrange the drawer position of common Chinese medicine decoction pieces with specialty characteristics.Results The drawer position of 60 varieties of common Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the catalogue was adjusted,and a set of drawer position arrangement rules suitable for specialized medication characteristics of a hospital was summarized.Conclusion Through the improvement of drawer position arrangement,the quality and efficiency of Chinese medicine decoction pieces dispensing are ensured,the medical satisfaction of patients is improved and the scientific development of pharmacy management of the hospital is promoted.
