二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗痰浊阻肺型急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗痰浊阻肺型急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(AECOPD)的临床效果。方法按随机数字表法将2021年6月—2022年6月宜春市中医院收治的62例痰浊阻肺型AECOPD患者分为两组,各31例。对照组采用西药治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上予以二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗,均连续治疗2周。对比两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞水平(WBC)]、疾病严重程度评分及不良反应。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为93.55%(29/31),高于对照组的74.19%(23/31)(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组CRP及WBC水平、改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸问卷(mMRC)及慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论AECOPD患者应用二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗,可获得较好的临床效果,能够有效缓解病情、抑制炎性反应,且不良反应少,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Erchen decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)of phlegm obstructing lung type.Methods According to the method of random number table,62 patients with AECOPD of phlegm obstructing lung type admitted to Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were divided into two groups,with 31 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine,while the patients in the study group were treated with Erchen decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction for two consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor level[CRP,WBC],disease severity score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.55%(29/31),which was higher than that of the control group(74.19%,23/31)(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP and WBC levels,the modified Medical Research Council Respiratory Questionnaire(mMRC)and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Assessment Test(CAT)scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclu⁃sion The treatment of AECOPD patients with Erchen decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction can achieve good clinical effect,effec⁃tively alleviate the disease,inhibit inflammatory reactions,have fewer adverse reactions,and is safe and reliable,which is worth popu⁃larizing.
