摘　　要：近年来,脾胃病发病呈现快速上升且年轻化的趋势,中医药在治疗脾胃疾病方面有着独特的优势。许建阳教授临床采用五虎擒羊脾胃针法结合三仁汤治疗脾胃疾病,取得显著效果。许建阳教授根据疾病的本质和特征,强调辨明病机、以机论治,总结相应的理论和原则,从而达到治病求本的目的,具有重要临床指导意义。In recent years,the incidence of spleen and stomach diseases has shown a trend of rapid increase and younger people.Tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of the diseases.Professor Xu Jianyang clinically used Wuhu Qin⁃yang spleen and stomach acupuncture combined with Sanren decoction to treat spleen and stomach diseases,and achieved remarkable curative effects.According to the nature and characteristics of the diseases,Professor Xu Jianyang emphasized the identification of pathogenesis and treatment by mechanism,and summed up the corresponding theories and principles.It has important clinical guiding significance to achieve the purpose of seeking the root of the disease.
