徐基平教授清燥救肺汤加味治疗气阴两虚型肺癌经验

摘　　要：徐基平教授是第四届湖南省名中医,长期致力于中医临床工作,擅长运用纯中医药治疗各种良恶性肿瘤。肺癌患者病程中因放化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等可引起人体元气和真阴不足,出现干咳、咽干、潮热盗汗、乏力、气短等气阴两虚的症状,徐基平教授常运用清燥救肺汤加减治疗,临床效果颇佳。文章对徐基平教授运用清燥救肺汤加味治疗气阴两虚型肺癌的经验进行了总结探讨。Professor Xu Jiping is the fourth famous traditional Chinese medicine in Hunan Province.He has been committed to clini⁃cal work of traditional Chinese medicine for a long time and is good at using pure traditional Chinese medicine to treat all kinds of be⁃nign and malignant tumors.In the course of lung cancer patients,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy and other treatments can cause the deficiency of vital energy and true yin in the human body,and the symptoms of deficiency of both qi and yin such as dry cough,dry throat,hot flashes,night sweat,fatigue,shortness of breath,etc.Professor Xu often uses Qingzao Jiu⁃fei decoction,which has a good clinical effect.This paper summarized and discussed Professor Xu’s experience in using Qingzao Jiu⁃fei decoction to treat lung cancer of deficiency of both qi and yin type.
