摘　　要：通过梳理分析中医防治新型冠状病毒肺炎的相关资料,归纳此病的病机特点,探讨其中医辨治特色。此病病机特点为寒湿(湿热)疫毒闭肺,呈现寒湿、湿热交替的动态变化。中医辨治此病呈现出以肺为本,兼顾脾胃;经方致用,辨治疫病;整体指导,分期辨治;三因制宜,精准防治的特色。中医辨治新型冠状病毒肺炎特色鲜明,优势明显。This article analyzed the literature on the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),summarized the pathogenesis of COVID-19,and explored the characteristics of TCM treatment of COVID-19.The pathogenesis of this disease is characterized by cold-dampness(dampness-heat)virus closing the lungs.In addition,it exhibits dynamic changes of al⁃ternating cold and dampness,dampness and heat.There are three characteristics in TCM diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Firstly,it is based on the lungs and takes into account the spleen and stomach.Secondly,it is the application of classical prescriptions to differentiate and treat diseases.Thirdly,it is the overall guidance,staged diagnosis and treatment.Finally,it is the three-factor,pre⁃cise prevention and treatment.TCM has distinct characteristics and obvious advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.
