摘　　要：目的探讨基于海派儿科推拿思想防治儿童青少年近视的临床效果。方法选择2021年3月—2022年7月于江西儿童医院眼科或小儿推拿就诊的青少年近视患者120例,采用非随机的平行对照及自愿原则分为推拿组60例和对照组60例。推拿组采用海派儿科推拿进行治疗,对照组采用近视治疗仪治疗,经5周治疗后进行效果统计分析。结果推拿组患者治疗后裸眼远视力优于对照组(P<0.05),屈光度低于对照组(P<0.05)。推拿组总有效率为98.33%(59/60),高于对照组的83.33%(50/60)(P<0.05)。结论青少年近视呈现低龄化趋势,有效预防近视发生与控制近视发展属于公共卫生问题。此研究采用海派儿科推拿进行干预,能在传承一指禅推拿技巧的同时,与传统小儿推拿相融合,临床效果显著,同时能提高青少年免疫力,易于被青少年接受。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the prevention and treatment of myopia in children and adolescents based on the thought of Shanghai pediatric massage.Methods The cases collected in this study were mainly from 120 adolescent myopic patients in Jiangxi Children’s Hospital from March 2021 to July 2022.They were divided into the massage group of 60 cases and the control group of 60 by non-random parallel control and voluntary principle.The massage group was treated with Shanghai pediatric massage.The control group was treated with myopia treatment instrument.The therapeutic effect was statistically analyzed after 5 weeks of treat⁃ment.Results After treatment,the naked eye far visual acuity in the massage group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the diopter was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 98.33%(59/60),which was higher than 83.33%(50/60)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is a public health problem to prevent myopia and control its development effectively.This study adopted Shanghai pediatric massage intervention,which can not only inherit the mas⁃sage technique of one finger Zen,but also integrate with the traditional pediatric massage,with remarkable clinical effect,but also im⁃prove the immunity of adolescents,and is easy to be accepted by adolescents.
