疏肝调神针刺法联合热敏灸治疗脑卒中后焦虑临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析脑卒中后焦虑患者接受疏肝调神针刺法联合热敏灸治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年9月于萍乡市第三人民医院就诊的60例脑卒中后呈焦虑状态的患者作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,其中对照组30例患者采用常规治疗及康复治疗,研究组30例患者采用疏肝调神针刺法联合热敏灸治疗。对比两组治疗后的焦虑程度[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分]及中医证候积分。结果治疗后,研究组焦虑程度比对照组轻(P<0.05);研究组中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后呈焦虑状态的患者应用疏肝调神针刺法联合热敏灸治疗,能够缓解相关症状、改善患者焦虑情绪,应用效果较好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of soothing liver and regulating mind acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke anxiety.Methods Sixty patients with anxiety after stroke who were treated in Pingxiang Third People’s Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.In the control group,30 patients received conventional treatment and rehabilita⁃tion treatment,and in the study group,30 patients were treated with soothing liver and regulating mind acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion.The anxiety degree[HAMA score]and TCM syndrome score after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the anxiety level of the study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).TCM syn⁃drome scores in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of liver soothing and mind regulating acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in patients with anxiety after stroke can alleviate related symptoms,improve their anxiety,and has good application effect.
