手指点穴法按摩联合神经和肌肉电刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析在卒中后吞咽障碍患者护理中使用手指点穴法按摩联合神经和肌肉电刺激治疗取得的效果。方法选取扬州市中医院2020年12月—2022年12月收入的卒中后吞咽障碍患者64例作为研究对象,依据护理措施差异分为两组,各32例。对照组实施传统吞咽障碍护理,观察组在传统吞咽障碍护理基础上加用手指点穴法按摩联合神经和肌肉电刺激治疗。观察并比较护理前后两组患者吞咽功能总评分、脑卒中生活质量总评分,以及护理后误吸率及营养不良总发生率。结果观察组的误吸率及营养不良总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的吞咽功能总评分、脑卒中生活质量总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在卒中后吞咽障碍患者护理中,手指点穴法按摩联合神经和肌肉电刺激治疗有助于改善患者吞咽功能以及生活质量,降低误吸率及营养不良总发生率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint pressing with fingers combined with electrical stimulation of nerves and muscles in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia.Methods Sixty-four patients with post-stroke dysphagia from December 2020 to December 2022 in Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups according to the dif⁃ference of nursing measures,with 32 patients in each group.The control group received traditional nursing care for dysphagia,while the observation group received acupoint pressing with fingers combined with electrical stimulation of nerves and muscles on the basis of traditional nursing care for dysphagia.The total score of swallowing function,total score of stroke quality of life,aspiration rate and total incidence of malnutrition were observed and compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The aspiration rate and the total incidence of malnutrition in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the total score of swallowing function and total score of stroke quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the con⁃trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with dysphagia after stroke,acupoint pressing with fingers combined with electrical stimulation of nerves and muscles is helpful to improve their swallowing function and quality of life,reduce the rate of aspira⁃tion and the overall incidence of malnutrition,which is worth popularizing.
