针刺与隔药灸经筋结点法治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛性瘫痪临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺与隔药灸经筋结点法治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛性瘫痪效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年6月兴国县中医院收治的62例脑卒中后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者为研究对象,其中2020年1月—2020年9月收治的患者为参照组(31例),实施传统针刺治疗;2020年10月—2021年6月收治的患者为研究组(31例),在对照组的基础上加用隔药灸经筋结点法治疗。对比两组中医证候积分、肌张力、上肢运动功能及日常生活能力。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分均降低,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05);两组肌张力评分降低,上肢运动功能及日常生活能力评分增加,且研究组肌张力评分低于参照组,上肢运动功能及日常生活能力评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者积极实施针刺与隔药灸经筋结点法治疗,效果确切,能明显改善临床症状、抑制肌张力增高、恢复上肢运动功能、提升日常生活能力。Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture and drug-separated moxibustion through tendon junction in the treatment of spastic paralysis of upper extremity after stroke.Methods A total of 62 patients with spastic paralysis of upper extremity after stroke admitted to Xingguo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the re⁃search objects,among which the patients treated from January 2020 to September 2020 were the control group of 31 cases,who were treated with traditional acupuncture therapy.The patients treated from October 2020 to June 2021 were included in the study group of 31 cases,who were treated with acupuncture and drug-separated moxibustion at the junction of meridian tendon.The TCM syndrome score,muscle tension,upper limb motor function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treat⁃ment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Muscle tension scores decreased,and the scores of upper extremity telemetry function and daily living ability increased between the two groups.Muscle tension scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the scores of upper extremity telem⁃etry function and daily living ability were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and drug�separated moxibustion through tendon junction in the treatment of spastic paralysis of upper extremity after stroke can significantly im⁃prove the clinical symptoms and inhibit the increase of muscle tension,actively recover the upper limb motor function,and improve the ability of daily living.
