摘　　要：目的观察温阳利水方对腹膜透析残肾功能影响。方法选取2021年7月—2022年7月萍乡矿业集团有限责任公司总医院中医肾病科住院及门诊腹膜透析患者50例,分为对照组与治疗组,每组25例。对照组予以基础治疗,治疗组除基础治疗外,配合温阳利水方,两组特定的人数做对比,并进行分析。结果经过数月的参照对比,治疗组效果优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳利水方能有效改善腹膜透析患者的临床证候,并且能有效保护残肾功能。Objective To observe the effect of warming yang for promoting diuresis recipe on residual kidney function in peritoneal di⁃alysis.Methods From July 2021 to July 2022,50 patients with peritoneal dialysis were selected from Department of Nephrology and Rheumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine of General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co.,Ltd..They were divided into con⁃trol group and treatment group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the treatment group was given warming yang for promoting diuresis recipe in addition to basic treatment.The specific numbers were compared and analyzed.Results After several months of reference comparison,the effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming yang for promoting diuresis recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of peritoneal dialysis patients.In addition,it can effectively protect the function of re⁃sidual kidney.
