中医挂线配合熏洗治疗复杂性肛瘘临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析中医挂线配合中药熏洗治疗复杂性肛瘘的效果。方法此次纳入病例为龙口市中医医院的72例复杂性肛瘘患者,入组时间在2020年1月—2022年1月,随机抽签分为对照组与观察组。对照组予以中医挂线治疗,观察组联合中药熏洗治疗,比较二者效果,观察患者好转与复发情况,以及患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果在不同治疗方式下,观察组治疗总有效率94.44%(34/36)高于对照组的77.78%(28/36)(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间、复发率均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后2 h、24 h、48 h以及72 h的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医挂线配合中药熏洗治疗复杂性肛瘘恢复快,复发率低,且痛苦轻,值得推荐。Objective To analyze the curative effect of thread hanging therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of complicated anal fistula.Methods The number of patients included in this study was 72 patients with complicated anal fistula in Longkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The enrollment time was from January 2020 to January 2022.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given thread hanging therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,and the observation group was given thread hanging therapy of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.The effects of the two were compared,and the improvement and recurrence of patients were observed,as well as the visual analog scale(VAS)scores of patients.Results Under different treatment methods,the total effective rate of observation group was 94.44%(34/36),which was higher than that of control group(77.78%,28/36)(P<0.05).The wound healing time and recurrence rate of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).VAS scores of the observation group at 2 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after treatment were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thread hanging therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of complicated anal fistula has quick recovery,low recurrence rate,and mild pain,which is worthy of recommendation.
