益气活血汤联合手法整复后小夹板外固定治疗老年Colles骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益气活血汤联合手法整复后小夹板外固定治疗老年Colles骨折患者的临床效果。方法从南昌市洪都中医院2020年4月—2022年4月收治的老年Colles骨折患者中选取80例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予手法整复后小夹板外固定治疗,观察组在此基础上给予益气活血汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、骨折愈合X线评分、Gartland和Werley腕关节功能评分。结果观察组总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05);两组治疗后骨折愈合X线评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组Gartland和Werley腕关节功能评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年Colles骨折患者实施益气活血汤联合手法整复后小夹板外固定治疗可以促进骨折愈合、改善腕关节功能、提高临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction and small splint external fixation after manual rectifi⁃cation in the treatment of senile Colles fracture.Methods Eighty elderly patients with Colles fracture admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group for observation and exploration,with 40 cases in each group.The grouping method was according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with small splint external fixation after manual rectification,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy,fracture healing X-ray score,Cartland and Werley wrist func⁃tion score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of control group(75.00%,30/40)(P<0.05).The X-ray score of fracture union after treatment was higher than that be⁃fore treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The wrist function scores of Gartland and Werley in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue decoction and small splint external fixation after manual rectification can promote fracture healing,improve wrist joint func⁃tion and improve treatment effect in elderly patients with Colles fracture.
