痛经汤与隔药灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析痛经汤联合隔药灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2020年5月—2022年5月收治的62例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组与研究组,各31例。参照组给予痛经汤治疗,研究组在参照组基础上加用隔药灸治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清前列腺素F2α。结果治疗后,研究组中医证候积分为(7.63±2.57)分,低于参照组的(9.25±2.95)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血清前列腺素F2α水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用痛经汤联合隔药灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者,可改善其中医症状,降低其前列腺素水平。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tongjing decoction and drug-separated moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods Sixty-two patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood sta⁃sis type admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the re⁃search objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tongjing decoction,and the study group was treated with drug-separated moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The TCM syndrome score and serum prostaglandin F2αwere compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was(7.63±2.57),which was lower than that of the refer⁃ence group(9.25±2.95),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum prostaglandin F2αin the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongjing decoction combined with drug-separated moxibustion can improve the TCM symptoms and reduce the level of prostaglandin in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.
