摘  要:目的探究微波照射联合中药外敷治疗骨折术后切口愈合不良的临床效果。方法采用回顾性观察性研究,选取2019年1月—2020年6月江西中医药大学附属医院骨科收治的43例骨折术后切口愈合不良患者。其中对照组20例,运用西医治疗;研究组23例,在对照组的基础上行中药外敷联合微波照射治疗。比较两组患者的切口愈合时间、切口愈合等级、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、不良反应发生率及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)水平变化。结果研究组患者术后切口愈合时间显著短于对照组,切口愈合等级显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗3 d后、治疗7 d后血清CRP、WBC、PCT表达均低于治疗前,且同时间节点研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论微波照射联合中药外敷治疗骨折术后切口愈合不良的效果确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of microwave irradiation combined with Chinese medicine external applica⁃tion in the treatment of poor wound healing after fracture surgery.Methods A retrospective observational study was conducted to se⁃lect 43 patients with poor wound healing after fracture surgery who were admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chi⁃nese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2020.In the control group,20 cases were treated with Western medicine.In the study group,23 cases were treated with Chinese medicine external application combined with microwave irradiation on the basis of control group.Incision healing time,incision healing grade,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,incidence of adverse reactions and serum C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell(WBC)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The wound heal⁃ing time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the wound healing grade was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The expressions of CRP,WBC and PCT in serum of 2 groups after 3 and 7 days of treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave irradiation combined with Chinese medicine external application has a definite clinical effect on poor wound healing after fracture surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
