中药熏洗防治混合痔术后并发症的临床研究进展

摘　　要：混合痔是临床常见肛肠疾患,严重阶段常需手术治疗。然而术后常伴随疼痛、创面水肿和出血等并发症。中药熏洗是中医外治法中的特色之一,目前已广泛地应用于临床痔病的治疗,取得了较好的临床效果。此文回顾性分析了近年来中药熏洗用于混合痔术后并发症防治的相关文献,归纳该病的中药组方特点、剂型,熏洗的最佳时长及温度,以及与其他中医外治法的联合应用等,以便进一步发挥中药熏洗这一中医外治法的优势,提高效果,造福于患者。Mixed hemorrhoids is a common clinical anorectal disease,which often requires surgical treatment in severe stage.How⁃ever,postoperative complications such as pain,wound edema and bleeding are often present.Chinese medicine fumigation and wash⁃ing is one of the characteristic therapies in the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.At present,it has been widely used in the treatment of hemorrhoids and has achieved good clinical efficacy.This article reviewed and analyzed the relevant literature of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing used in the prevention and treatment of complications after mixed hemorrhoids surgery in re⁃cent years,summarized the characteristics of its traditional Chinese medicine composition,dosage form,the best time and temperature of fumigation and washing,and the combined application with other external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to further play the advantages of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,improve the efficacy,and benefit patients.
