网民如何以言行事?公共事件中标签话语行动的生成机制研究

摘　　要：标签话语行动作为社交媒体空间中一种带有诉求指向的大规模符号性实践,在网络公共事件中发挥着重要作用。通过定性比较分析方法探析发生于2017-2023年间的37起标签话语行动的生成机制,研究发现:第一,媒介支持和事件性质构成公共事件中标签话语行动生成扩散的充分条件,有助于推动标签话语行动诉求的达成。第二,其余条件变量通过三种组态路径作用于标签话语行动的生成机制,分别是互助救援机制、媒体主导机制和抗争动员机制。第三,在连续的时间范围内,媒介支持、叙事模式和话语框架等三个条件变量呈现出明显的时间效应。论文尝试提出“行动性话语空间”这一概念,以描述中国网民事件观念的转向过程。Hashtag activity,as a large-scale symbolic practice in social media space with claim-direction,plays an important role in online public events.The generative mechanisms of 37 hashtag activities that took place between 2017-2023 were explored through a qualitative comparative analysis.The analysis shows that,firstly,media support and the nature of the event constituted the sufficient conditions for the generative diffusion of hashtag activities in public events,which helped to promote the fulfillment of the hashtag activities'claims.Secondly,the remaining conditional variables act on the generation mechanism of labeling discourse actions through three paths,namely,a mutual aid and rescue mechanism,a media-led mechanism,and a resistance mobilization mechanism.Thirdly,the three conditional variables of media support,narrative mode and discourse frame show obvious time effects in a continuous time scale.This paper tries to put forward the concept of"activityoriented discourse space"to describe the turning process of Chinese netizens'conception of events.
