摘　　要：工业革命以来的200多年,是西方文明主导的时代,未来的时代将是东方文明主导的时代。信息技术革命和智能技术革命不应归入第三、第四次工业革命,而应从工业革命中分离出来,成为一个独立的阶段一一智能革命阶段。从东西方思维方式差异的角度分析,智能革命时代有利于东方文明的发展。工业革命以来西方文明成为世界的主导文明的原因之一是西方人的分析性思维方式有利于开发和利用“物能”。智能革命以来东方主要国家能够与西方发达国家并行发展的原因之一是东方人的综合性思维有利于开发和利用“智能”。在智能革命时代,东方国家应该有自信心,认清全球发展趋势,不能跟在欧美国家后面跑,应充分发挥东方思维的优势,将宏观研究与微观研究相结合。东方文明将在人类历史上再创辉煌。It has been an era dominated by Western civilization for the more than 200 years since the Industrial Revolution,while the coming era will be dominated by Eastern civilization.The information revolution and the intelligence revolution should not be categorized as the third and fourth industrial revolutions,but should be separated from the industrial revolution as an independent stage of the intelligence revolution.Analyzed from the perspective of the difference between the Eastern and Western ways of thinking,the era of intelligence revolution is conducive to the development of Eastern civilization.One of the reasons why Western civilization has become the dominant civilization in the world since the Industrial Revolution is that the analytical way of thinking of Westerners is conducive to the development and utilization of"the material agency".One of the reasons why the major countries of the East has been able to develop in parallel with the developed countries of the West since the intelligence revolution is that the comprehensive thinking of Eastern civilization is conducive to the development and utilization of"intelligence agency".In the era of the intelligence revolution,the Eastern countries should have self-confidence,give full play to the advantages of Eastern thinking,and combine macro-and micro-studies.Oriental civilization will create a new glory in the history of mankind.
