摘　　要：信息流动水平是衡量政党组织与动员能力的关键指标。中共早期书报发行主要依托传统流通渠道,以邮寄为主向地方流动。在流通终端,除公开销售外,大量书报依靠各地基层组织在内部分发。这套体系受地方局势、邮政审查等多种外部因素影响,一直不够顺畅。1925年后,中共决心发展自己的党内秘密交通。然而因基层执行不一,中共未能在短时期内组织遍布全国的秘密交通网络。中共早期的信息流通网络虽有助于传播马克思主义,形成轰轰烈烈的革命浪潮,但也表现出层级过多、战线过长、分布过广、反应过慢的特征,以致难以应对革命瞬息万变的斗争要求。1927年大革命的失败意味着城市革命中心论的破产,但从信息传播的角度看,其失利未尝不是早期党内信息流通不畅的必然结果。The level of information flow is a key indicator for measuring the ability of a political party to organize and mobilize.In the early days of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the distribution of books and newspapers mainly relied on traditional circulation channels,with a primary focus on local distribution through postal services.Other than selling publicly,a large number of books and newspapers were distributed internally by each grassroots organization.This system was influenced by various external factors such as local situations and postal censorship,resulting in persistent inefficiencies.After 1925,the CPC made efforts to develop its internal secret communication.However,due to the inconsistent execution at the grassroots level,the CPC failed to establish a nationwide secret communication network quickly.Although the early information communication network of the CPC facilitated the dissemination of Marxism and sparked revolutionary fervor,it also suffered from excessive hierarchy,slow response,frontlines that were too long,and distribution that spread too far.These made it difficult to meet the rapidly changing demands of the revolution.The failure of the 1927 Great Revolution marked the bankruptcy of the urban revolutionary center theory.From the perspective of information dissemination,the defeat may also be an inevitable result of the inefficient internal information flow in the CPC's early days.
