复方牛至油纳米乳的制备及其对母猪子宫内膜炎的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：试验旨在制备复方牛至油纳米乳,探讨复方牛至油纳米乳对猪子宫内膜炎的治疗效果。试验以牛至油、醋酸氯己定为药物原料,选取合适的表面活性剂、助表面活性剂和油相,通过伪三元相图法筛选制备纳米乳的配方,并对试验制备的纳米乳进行质量和稳定性的初步考察,对临床型母猪子宫内膜炎进行分组治疗。结果显示,以RH-40、吐温-80为表面活性剂且质量比为1∶1制得的复方牛至油纳米乳外观澄清透明,粒径为圆形球状液滴,分布均匀,无团聚现象、无分层、无浑浊、无沉淀析出。临床型母猪子宫内膜炎治疗试验结果显示,复方牛至油纳米乳Ⅰ组、复方牛至油纳米乳Ⅱ组母猪子宫异常分泌物分泌持续时间明显缩短,子宫内膜炎的治愈率显著高于复方牛至油纳米乳Ⅲ组、对照组Ⅰ组、对照组Ⅱ组(P<0.05),再次发情率、受胎率均高于其他治疗组。研究表明,复方牛至油纳米乳具有较好的稳定性,对临床型母猪子宫内膜炎具有明显的治疗效果。The purpose of the experiment was to prepare compound oregano oil nanoemulsion and to explore the therapeutic effect of compound oregano oil nanoemulsion on endometritis of sow.In the experiment,oregano oil and chlorhexidine acetate were used as pharmaceutical raw materials,suitable surfactants,co-surfactants and oil phases were selected,the formulas of nanoemulsions prepared by pseudo-ternary phase diagram method were screened,the quality and stability of nanoemulsions prepared by the test were preliminarily investigated,and the clinical porcine endometritis was treated in groups.The results showed that the appearance of the compound oregano oil nanoemulsion prepared by mixing RH-40 and Tween-80 as surfactant mass ratio of 1∶1 was clear and transparent,the particle size was round spherical droplets,and the distribution was uniform,with no agglomeration,no stratification,no turbidity,and no precipitation.The clinical treatment experiment of endometritis showed that the duration of abnormal secretion of uterus was obviously shortened in the compound oregano oil nanoemulsion groupⅠand compound oregano oil nanoemulsion groupⅡ,the cure rate of endometritis was significantly higher than that in the compound oregano oil nanoemulsion groupⅢ,control groupⅠ,and control groupⅡ(P<0.05),and the rate of re-estrus and conception were higher than those in other treatment groups.Studies has shown that compound oregano oil nanoemulsion has good stability and has obvious therapeutic effect on clinical endometritis of sow.
