摘　　要：中草药具有营养物质含量和生物活性成分丰富、药物残留少、天然无污染、对水环境友好等优势,因此成为水产养殖行业的新型绿色饲料添加剂。中草药及其复方添加剂的应用可以增加水产动物的生长发育速度、饲料利用率和消化吸收能力,增强水产动物抗病、抗菌、抗应激的能力,改善肌肉风味和营养价值。文章综述了中草药活性成分和营养物质的理化性质与生物学功能,展现了复方中草药添加剂在鱼类、虾类、蟹类等水产动物养殖中的生物学特性,为复方中草药添加剂的研发及其在水产养殖中的进一步应用提供参考。Chinese herbal medicine has the advantages of abundant nutrients and bioactive components,less drug residues,natural pollution-free,and friendly to water environment,so it has become a new green feed additive in aquaculture industry.The application of Chinese herbal medicine and its compound additives can improve the growth and development speed,feed utilization rate and digestion and absorption ability of aquatic animals,enhance the ability of disease resistance,antibacterial and anti-stress of aquatic animals,and improve muscle flavor and nutritional value.The paper summarizes the physicochemical properties and biological functions of active components and nutrients of Chinese herbal medicines,and shows the biological characteristics of compound Chinese herbal medicine additives in aquaculture of fish,shrimp,crab,and other aquatic animals,aiming at providing references for the research and development of compound Chinese herbal additives and their further application in aquaculture.
